What We DoCorporate Insight offers four primary services to financial companies. Behind all of them is one of our greatest strengths: our teams of specialized analysts and consultants.
- Monitor Services. Our Monitors—regular reports on the customer experience in specific financial businesses—were our original service and established Corporate Insight as a must-have research provider.
Starting with our flagship Broker Monitor in 1996, we have steadily introduced other Monitors over the years. There are currently eight Monitors covering our four areas of expertise: brokerage (Broker Monitor and e-Monitor), mutual funds (Mutual Fund Monitor and Mutual Fund Monitor–Advisor), banking and credit cards (Bank Monitor, Credit Card Monitor and Small Business Card Monitor), and annuities (Annuity Monitor).
- Consulting. Clients often turn to us for competitive analysis customized to meet their own specific needs. Our consulting group generates creative solutions that lead to better-informed strategic decisions.
Although we can perform customized work in any number of ways, our consulting projects tend to fall into four main categories. These are benchmarking, best practices, mystery shopping, and competitor profiling.
- Research. We publish an ongoing series of in-depth research reports on narrowly focused topics of interest. While these reports are most frequently linked to our Monitor services, we also produce syndicated studies on higher-profile topics. Prominent among these studies is “Social Media: Trends and Tactics in the Financial Services Industry,” the first major analysis of how financial companies are using social media.
- Insights. Our Insights feature Trends & Highlights, a monthly summary of noteworthy developments in our areas of expertise; the Consulting Insights quarterly newsletter, which includes articles by our consulting team; and periodic presentations and white papers.
