More Than Just a Report
Clients receive a comprehensive written report when the Website Audit concludes. The report contains a high-level executive summary and a deep dive into the Audit’s findings. For each category and subcategory, the deep dive includes an assessment of how the firm’s results compare to those of its competitors as well as a ranking table, gap analysis chart, benchmark matrix and specific recommendations with appropriate screenshots.
But the Website Audit’s tangible output is more than just a report. We additionally provide clients with a copy of our Audit software—and train them how to use it—so they can run further studies and perform their own “What if…?” modeling scenarios. The software allows clients to edit values as they make site enhancements, enabling them to analyze and upgrade the site well into the future.
And for clients who’d like a more personalized communication of their Website Audit, we can make an optional presentation of major findings to the management team following delivery of the written report. Most Audit clients choose the in-person presentation to communicate key findings to executive management, which can help drive organizational change.
