|2013 Bank Website Audit|
Corporate Insight’s Bank Monitor research service has been tracking bank websites since 2000. Over time, these sites have evolved from simple tools for checking account balances to advanced platforms that allow clients to pay bills, make deposits and service their accounts without stepping foot in a branch office.
Building off the success of our Brokerage Website Audit service, Corporate Insight developed the Bank Website Audit in 2005. The Bank Website Audit helps clients understand how their websites fare against competitors and offers them actionable advice to improve their online user experience. Our Audit service presents clients with a view of the entire competitive landscape, along with the ability to drill down and take a close look at how individual features or tools on their website stack up against competitor offerings.
Bank Website Audit Methodology
The Bank Website Audit is supported by a large-scale survey of over 1,000 online banking customers; our most recent survey was completed in November 2011. The results help establish importance weightings that are applied to our scoring models to reflect the preferences of different consumer profiles/demographics.
