The Small Business Card Monitor Report for December 2012 examines business card product pages of our eight SBCM firms. The report specifically focuses on the type of information the product page contains, such as about card fees, benefits and rewards. The best product pages provide detailed information about the business card in a user-friendly layout, which is consistent throughout all the business card products. Our findings for this report showed that most of the SBCM firms offer basic card information on the product pages, with only half of the firms using a user-friendly layout.
