Corporate Insight conducted an online survey of 1,000 bank customers to understand the relative importance of online banking features, mobile banking behaviors and the overall customer experience. All respondents were required to have a bank account that they had logged into at least once within the month prior to completing the survey. We tabulated the data for 13 demographic segments focusing on a variety of customer types.

All respondents were required to have a brokerage account that they had logged into at least once within the month prior to completing the survey.
